General Admission & ID Requirements
ID Requirements
If you are, or appear to be, under 21 we will always ask for ID. There are no exceptions, sorry.
ID is always required to purchase alcohol and we only accept a valid and current Driving Licence (full or provisional), Passport or PASS scheme cards. No scans or photocopies. You will have to be handstamped or wristbanded, sorry, so we can conform to our licence and staff are able to identify under-18s.
ID Requirements Age 14 - 15
On Premium Ticket shows (not marked 14+ or all ages) 14 - 15 year olds are only admitted with their own ID and a supervising 18+ adult who can show valid ID. There are no "passouts" for under-18s (not even for a cigarette!) and you will have to leave when live music has finished.
On 14+ Shows No Alcohol is to be consumed in the auditorium. Alcohol can only be purchased and consumed in the adjoining bars seperate to the show area

If you are in any doubt over whether you will be asked for ID, we recommend bringing it anyway!

Queue
If there is a queue, you must join it to the right of the front doors as you look at them. (Mansion street Entrance) Please respect our neighbours and other licensed premises in the area their property and the environment, and do not leave litter or make excessive noise whilst waiting for entry or leaving the premises - thank you!
Alcohol Outside
Consuming alcohol outside the venue is also illegal; we reserve the right to refuse entry to anybody adversely affected prior to attending our events, No glasswhere is to be taken off the premises.
Rights Of Admission
We do not allow football colours, or anybody acting in an aggressive or threatening manner. No ticket refunds wll be given in these circumstances.
Drugs
We operate zero tolerance to drugs, vandelism, anti social and in appropriate behaviour we reserve the right to search on entry.
Smoking
Is permitted only within the barrier areas provided outside the premises and restricted to over 18's only
